Don’t Let the Sun Catch You Crying…

It’s been an interesting week. A week ago, I bruised the bone in my foot in an embarassing act of coordination. It seems like it’s been raining for a month. Nothing is really growing- because of the rain/clouds, not day length temps. And there are frost warnings north of the river (fearcast warning: WVXU keeps saying frost warning with a night time low of 42 degrees- I’m no scientist, but something isn’t adding up). A regular ole “pity party”.

But it’s market day and the forecast is for partly sunny weather for today and tomorrow, so things are looking up! (the picture is actually from the soltice, but what more can you say about that other than Summer is over and the real growing & eating season has begun).
